It is no secret that the key to every great meal is the quality of its ingredients.
At Teatro we source those ingredients from local and organic producers whenever possible.
For those items that we cannot acquire locally, we seek elsewhere with equal care. These
include extra virgin olive oil from owner Dario Berloni’s family olive groves in Italy’s Marche,
finishing salt from Italy and Brittany and fine imported cheeses from all over the world.
Some of our local products and producers include:
Prime Grade Alberta Beef from Northridge Farm, lamb from Driview Farms, Berkshire pork from Broek
Acres Farm, goat cheese and yogurt from Fairwinds Farm, organic produce and herbs from Broxburn
Farms, and locally roasted organic espresso from Abiamo, just to name a few. Our breads and pastries
are baked fresh daily in our in house bakery.
